Sullivan Inspection Group is a family business of over 20 years.  Jim Sr. and Jim are a father and son team working in the field with their wives, Chris and Jacquie, running the office and logistics.

The Sullivans are Arizona natives going back 4 generations in the construction industry.  Their skill, training and experience in local construction and development is extremely valuable and at your service at all times.

Jim Sr. started his housing career in real estate, working with his family to be in the top 1% of sales statewide.  Owning their own real estate brokerage for 17 years gave Jim the opportunity to follow his dream to be a licensed general contractor building and developing custom homes for over 8 years.  In 2010 the inspection business was launched and has been successfully and steadily growing ever since.  Having inspected over 5000 residential and commercial properties their blended experience and service commitment to their clients is unparalleled.

As a dedicated loving family they all enjoy spending time together with their children and grandchildren making memories and serving their community one person at a time.
